When you log in using your Spotify account, you give consent to Spotify to share certain data with BeatBuddy, including your email address, Spotify User ID, and Spotify Username. This information is essential for providing you with our personalized app experience.

The data we collect is used to personalize your experience within our app. We do not use analytical tools to track your usage beyond what is necessary for providing our service. Most important, your information will never be used for targeted marketing purposes.

BeatBuddy does not knowingly collect any Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not submit any Personal Data through our app. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Your data is stored on a cloud database in Europe. If you are accessing our app from outside the European Union, your data may be transferred to your location. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.

However, as we receive your data from Spotify, you may need to update your data with Spotify and then reconnect to our service for the updates to reflect.

Your data is stored on servers and databases located within the European Union. If you access our app from outside the European Union, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the European Union where our servers are located.
